tu souffres, avec de l'entrainement tu y arriveras et tu seras encore plus divine dans tes tenues les plus'' fashion'' et ''vintage''! Une deesse de choc!! surtout ne jamais s'arreter, essaye le Yoga et Pilates, travailler les muscles en longueur, en souplesse, sans transpirer trop mais a l'ecoute de TON corps. y a des matins ou tu n'aura pas trop envie, donc tu iras doucement. Aller, j'attends la suite avec delectation, comme d'hab. - pourquoi tu t'es fait du mal comme ça...J'ai l'impression que chaque année tu te remets au sport et à chaque fois c la même souffrance...soit tu insistes (car ton corps s'habituera) ou sois tu déclare forfait et tu économises pour un hamac top glandouille...résolution plus facile à tenir je pense...
